• We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in its original packaging, including all accessories, labels, and manuals.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons, including:

• Used or Installed Products: Items that have been installed or used cannot be returned.
• Custom Orders or Special Requests: Any products made to order or customized specifically for you are not eligible for return.

3. Reasons for Return

We accept returns for the following reasons:

• Damaged or Defective Items: If the item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately so we can assist with a return and replacement.
• Incorrect or Wrong Item Received: If you received the wrong product or a part that does not match your order, please contact us for a replacement or refund.
• Change of Mind: If you simply changed your mind, you can return the product in its original condition within 30 days.

4. How to initiate a Return

• The item(s) you are returning
• The reason for return
• Return Shipping:  Once your return is authorized, carefully pack the item in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided by our customer support team. Please note: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Process of Refund

• Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
• Refund Amount: The refund will be for the purchase price of the product(s) only. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

6. Exchanges 

•  At this time, we do not offer exchanges for any products. If you'd like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
